Terms & Conditions

1. The renter

  • Renter must be aged 21 and driver license must be issued at least 1 year ago
  • Renter must hold the documents as following;
    • Thai driving license or International driving license
    • Passport
    • Visa or Work permit
    • Residence Contract or Hotel booking
    • Employment certificate or Pay slip (if any)
    • Bank statement 6 month (for yearly rental)
    • Credit card

2. Operating Hours

  • Every day from 09.00 AM – 05.00 PM

3. Booking

  • The reservations will be completed when the renter has made full payment. The system will then reserve the car on the date and time chosen by the renter. Payment options include bank transfer (with document submission as a salary slip) or online credit card payment (with document submission as a credit card)
  • If the renter cancels the reservation more than 7 days before the pickup day, the company will refund the full rental amount
  • If the renter cancels the reservation less than 7 days before the pickup day, the company will impose a penalty at a rate of 30% of the rental fee
  • The renter can reschedule the pickup day within the same month by inform the company in advance, but not less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup day
  • In the event that the company is unable to procure a car as agreed, the company is willing to refund the total amount to the customer within 5 business days.
  • In the event that the initial information provided is untrue, the company reserves the right to terminate the contract without refunding the rental fee. The renter agrees not to claim any damages whatsoever against the company.

4. Rental

  • The renter must pay the rental fee before or on the pickup day. The renter can choose to pay either by bank transfer or through the online credit card payment system depend on the document submission
  • The rental fee does not include 7% value-added tax, deposit, fuel cost, toll fees, out-of-hours service fee, delivery service fee, parking fee, fines, or any other expenses that the renter is required to pay due to the use of the car (if any)
  • In the event that the renter drives the car through the M-Flow lane, the renter must inform the company to settle the toll fee. If not paid within the specified time, the renter is responsible for paying the fine and may face legal consequences according to criminal laws.
  • In the event of an early return, the company reserves the right not to refund the remaining rental fee.

5. Pickup and Return

  • The renter must come to pickup and return the car in person within the business hours of the company and at the office location, as follows:
    • Head Office, Srinakarin - Bangkok
    • Office, Hangdong - Chiangmai
  • Delivery service
    • Within 20 Km. from the office, a service fee of 200 THB/time
    • More than 20 Km. but not exceed 50 Km., a service fee of 500 THB/time
    • More than 50 Km., a service fee will be calculated based on the area
  • Outside business hours
    • From 06.00 AM - 09.00 AM or 05.00 PM – 08.00 PM, an additional service fee of 500 THB/time
    • From 08.00 PM – 06.00 AM, an additional service fee of 1,000 THB/time
    • Remark: Before 06.30 AM or After 09.30 PM, an additional fee of 200 THB/time for the staff’s transportation in the night
  • If the renter fails to arrive for pickup and return on time, there will be a penalty of 500 baht per hour.
  • If the renter needs to change the date, time, and location for returning the vehicle, the renter must inform the company in advance of at least 4 hours before the scheduled booking. The company reserves the right to change the date, time, and location as deemed appropriate.

6. Late Return

  • Less than 2 hours : NO additional charge
  • More than 2 hours : 1 day

7. Deposit

  • The renter must pay a deposit before or on the day of pickup. Payment can be made via bank transfer (with submission of salary pay slip) or through online credit card payment (with submission of credit card document).
  • Once the company receives the vehicle back in good condition, undamaged, with all equipment and tools intact, and if the renter has no outstanding debts, the company will refund the deposit within 5 business days.

8. Fuel

  • The company will fill up the fuel to full tank before delivering the rental car to the renter, and the renter must refill to full tank before returning the rental car to the company. If the renter fills the fuel level is not equal to or more than the received, the renter agrees to pay according to the missing fuel 500 THB/one level indicator

9. Car usage

  • The renter are prohibited from smoking or bringing any kind of pets into the rental car. Non-compliance with these regulations grants the company the authority to levy fines to cover the expenses required to restore the car to its original condition.
  • The renter are responsible for inspecting the rental car both before and after its delivery. This includes checking its interior and exterior condition, fuel level, mileage, and the number of car keys, ensuring they match the documentation provided upon delivery.
  • Please inspect your valuable belongings before returning the rental car each time. The company will not be held liable for any missing items.

10. Insurance

  • The renter is responsible for paying damages or LDW's excess 2,000 THB/time in case of accident without the third party or the renter's fault.
  • The insurance does not cover the damage of vehicle tires and battery, the renter is responsible for paying 50% of the actual expenses incurred.
  • The insurance does not cover severe damage or loss of the car, the renter is responsible for paying 20% of the market price assessed by the insurance company. In the event that the renter is at fault, negligence, or does not have a third party.
  • The insurance does not cover damages resulting from user negligence. The lessee will be responsible for any actual expenses incurred due to the damage.
  • The insurance does not cover any damage caused to the car in the event of flooding. Avoid driving through high floods.

The renter must keep the rental car in good condition and keep it in a secure location. The renter must also commit to driving, monitoring, and maintaining the rental car at all times as a Reasonable Person. The renter will not use the rental car in the following circumstances: use for racing, testing, sublease it to another person, for any illegal purpose, modify, add, change, move equipment or any part of the car, or take the rental car outside Thailand.

In the event of the renter fails to comply with the contract or violates one or more of the articles, the company has the right to cancel the contract and immediately take possession of the rental car. This action does not waive or diminish the company's right to claim damages from the renter's breach of contract.
